Subscription and Billing

PackOut.ai offers free and paid subscription plans. For paid plans:

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in activities that harm our platform or other users. You may also delete your account at any time.

Limitation of Liability

PackOut.ai is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services in the past 12 months.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of PackOut.ai after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
